Booking Notes

A 25% none refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before you travel.

A refundable £75 security deposit is required to be paid with the final balance payment (this will be returned to you within
14 days of your return from holiday subject to a satisfactory villa inspection

Late checkout can be arranged (subject to availability) at the cost of £20 please contact us for further information.

Cots and High chairs can be hired at the cost of £10 each per week

If the use of the sofa bed is required, this will be charged at £20 per week to cover the cost of extra bedding and cleaning.

Payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal in GBP and Euros.

Paypal payments will be subject to a 3.7% surcharge.

The keys are held on resort.

All prices are subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

Change over days are flexible.
